You are at the threshold of creating a new lifestyle with new working hours when you sign up for Lifenzyme VA service, you shall be assigned a Personal Virtual Assistant [PVA]. Your PVA is your direct and primary contact to whom you can interact and send tasks to. You can also entrust your PVA as your Account Manager. Your Assistant can receive tasks/projects via e-mail, telephone, fax, or online chat services.
As soon as your VA has received a task he or she will either carry it out themselves or turn it to the Processor team wherein the expert Panel analyses the projects' viability and finds the best Skill from the Supporting Team to delegate. The supporting Team member does the work and sends it to the Quality Team to assess the quality of the project and verifies and then sends back to your own Personal Assistant. Your PA who understands the best ensures the quality again and sends back to you within the deadline you specified!
This Lifestyle Process structure ensures:

- No overtime- hours! Even if the task takes 5 man-hours, you will be billed for 5 man-hours, regardless of how many assistants have worked on your task.

Note: We have a separate Intense Expert Team who undertakes Tasks/projects that requires special skill. However, you need to acquire Pre-project Quote to perform such projects and we have special rates for them. We negotiate on the quote and confirm the payment before we set on the project.
