Confused? Look! It works something like this;
Imagine you sign up for a Prime 20 Lifestyle plan. You shall be billed in advance $200 at the beginning of the month, wherein you have been allotted 20 hours of work during the month. Okay now the important thing is that you shall not be refunded any money if you use less than 20 hours. Nonetheless you shall get 20% of unused hours Rolled over to the next month. Second scenario is that you need more work done, send us an email for Lifestyle TOP UP to avoid unnecessary additional charges or if you think you need more hours on a regular basis, send us an email to upgrade your plan wherein we would upgrade your plan calculating hours on a pro rata basis. It's that Simple!
Greater Flexibility
Upgrade or downgrade at any point of time with an email or phone request. Cancel with only a 30 days prior notice period. It's only to reorganize our resources effectively and certainly a trade off that you are saving bucks on.
Terms and conditions
- We give you the flexibility to switch between plans either upgrade or downgrade
- Top plans can be purchased any time during the month if the allotted hours get over. This is a onetime purchase and not carried over to the following month.
- The invoice is separately generated on request and payment shall be made instantly to get the usage in effect.
- All plans require a 30 day notice period for termination.
- All our SUPER and FULL TIME plans come with Lifenzyme Special Rollover Time to a maximum of 20% of your allotted hours.
- You never lose your hours with us. Unspent hours get rolled over to the following month automatically.
- Your total accumulated Rollover Time should not exceed 30% of your existing monthly plan.
- If you change to Pay As You Go or a Premier plan, then all Rollover Time is lost indefinitely.
- In the event of cancellation, your Rollover Time, if any, is lost indefinitely.
- Rollover Time is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable.
- Any upgrade can be requested at any point of time between 10th and 28th day of a month. This helps you avoid any unexpected overuse of your plan.
- In the event of any immediate upgrade, the downgrade can be requested and made effective only after a full month's time.
- If you change to Pay As You Go or a Premier plan, then all Rollover Time is lost indefinitely. The rollover hours can be retained in the event of any upgrade or downgrade only among the same league of plans such as Prime, Super and Full Time plans.
